The project directors are responsible for overlooking the entire project and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The treasurer is responsible for all financial matters and safeguarding the project budget.

The publicity team is responsible for coming up with the theme and 'Signature Item' for the entire project. They are also in charge of designing publicity materials (posters, banners) and media coverage.
